The Barcelona Toastmasters Club committee is in charge of managing the Barcelona Toastmasters Club during 2024-2025. The committee is made up of club members.
We are responsible for establishing and maintaining the club’s vision throughout the year, managing the health of the club, and optimizing our members’ experience.
The committee roles are maintained for 1 year of Toastmasters, and the functions are accompanied by two annual training sessions called Club Officer Trainings (COT).
Being part of the committee is an opportunity to develop new skills specific to the role taken or provide prior knowledge to make the club shine. It is one of the most direct and immediate ways to develop leadership skills at Toastmasters.
