SESSI\u00d3 DIA 20 DE GENER.<\/p>\n

Comencem l’any i la nostra presidenta que ve amb les piles posades ja ens diu que cada mes tindrem un tema sobre algun punt de Toastmaster del que es parlar\u00e0 i ser\u00e0 objectiu clau de comprensi\u00f3. El d’aquest mes ser\u00e0 el CL , el manual de compet\u00e8ncies de lideratge. <\/p>\n

Una sala gaireb\u00e9 plena donava la benvinguda a la primera sessi\u00f3 de l’any, una sessi\u00f3 molt gastron\u00f2mica.
Com la majoria de gent la nostra Toastmaster o mestre de cerim\u00f2nia Rosa Gonz\u00e0lez va comen\u00e7ar l’any amb el prop\u00f2sit de fer dieta. I que pitjor que parlar de menjar. I aquest era el tema de la sessi\u00f3: els Aliments. <\/p>\n

Cada membre que participava li havia dit quin era el seu aliment preferit i si ajuntem tot el que van dir podr\u00edem fer un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3 d’all\u00f2 m\u00e9s bo. <\/p>\n

Mentre degustem aquest fant\u00e0stic men\u00fa de 5 estrelles Toastmaster us explicar\u00e9 el que es va fer a la sessi\u00f3.
Despr\u00e9s de presentar la taula de controladors ( guardi\u00e0 del temps, gram\u00e0tica i comptador de falques i la paraula del dia GANA) i a una servidora ( la blogaire ) , la nostra mestre de cerim\u00f2nies va donar pas al 3 oradors del dia.
El primer va ser l’I\u00f1aki Eguiarte que ens va parlar de la seva \u00abrelaci\u00f3\u00bb amb el catal\u00e0 i de la primera frase que va aprendre a dir en catal\u00e0 …. no, no es la dels setze jutges, no …. \u00e9s \u00abest\u00e0s m\u00e9s penjat que un fuet\u00bb . Tamb\u00e9 del naixement del Mexil\u00e0 ( barreja mexic\u00e0 i catal\u00e0) amb frases com \u00abquin pet\u00bb per a dir \u00bb Qu\u00e8 tal ?\u00bb
Despr\u00e9s va ser el torn del Joan Fabregat que ens va donar una lli\u00e7\u00d3 molt aclaridora dels llibres avan\u00e7ats de toastmaster. Genial com sempre. <\/p>\n

I finalment el Marc Beltran ens va fer una discurs en angl\u00e8s sobre les mines terrestres i enginys per detectar-les. <\/p>\n

Els tres avaluadors van estar molt cr\u00edtics amb els oradors per\u00f2 sempre amb unes bones cr\u00edtiques constructives, donant consells per a millorar els discursos i arribar a l’objectiu final \u00abcomunicar al p\u00fablic\u00bb.<\/p>\n

La part dels discursos improvisats va ser divertid\u00edssima, des d’un cambrer que llen\u00e7a el pollastre per sobre del comensal i es defensa dient que era la millor forma de notar la magnifica elaboraci\u00f3 del pollastre. Passant per un super-xef que vol inventar les esferificacions de mata-rates amb oli d’oliva per que se’n pugui gaudir sense perill , fins a un convidat a un sopar rom\u00e0ntic a casa d’una noia i que es troba un escarabat dins del plat. <\/p>\n

Per acabar, l’avaluador general va felicitar al club i a la toastmaster i va donar uns quants suggeriments per a facilitar el desenvolupament del club. <\/p>\n

I…. la sorpresa final ….. Ja tenim p\u00e0gina web pr\u00f2pia. www.som-hi.club maravellosa p\u00e0gina que te un nom propi l’Edu Couchez i que hi ha col.laborat els membres de la junta ( Jordi, Joan i Judit) . Per ser sincers la Doriana i jo nom\u00e9s vam donar suport moral . <\/p>\n

I aix\u00f2 va ser tot, ara esperar el proper dia 3 de febrer on hi haur\u00e0 dos primers discursos que ens delitaran i ens faran somriure i aplaudir amb moltes ganes. Endavant Ice breakers. <\/p>\n

SESSION January 20.<\/p>\n

We started the year with our next president put the batteries already tells us that every month we have a topic somewhere Toastmaster of what will be discussed and key objective of understanding. The CL will be this month, the manual skills of leadership.<\/p>\n

A room full almost welcomed the first meeting of the year, a very gastronomic session.
Like most people in our Toastmaster or emcee Rosa Gonzalez started the year with the intention of dieting. And worse than talking about food. And this was the theme of the session: Foods.<\/p>\n

Each member who participated told him what his favorite food and if we add all that said we could do a tasting menu really good.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 While enjoying this fantastic menu of 5 stars Toastmaster I will explain what was done in the session.
After presenting the table of drivers (timekeeper, grammarian, and ah counter . and the word of the day: GANA – appetite) and myself (the blogger), our master of ceremonies gave way to three speakers of the day.<\/p>\n

The first was I\u00f1aki Eguiarte who spoke of his \u00abrelationship\u00bb with the Catalan and the first sentence said he learned Catalan …. no, not the sixteen judges, no … . is \u00aba whip hanging over you.\u00bb Also the birth of Mexil\u00e0 (mixed Mexican and Catalan) with phrases like \u00abwhat fart\u00bb to mean \u00abHow?\u00bb
Then it was the turn of Joan Fabregat gave us a very enlightening lesson about TOASTMASTER advanced books. Great as always.<\/p>\n

Finally Marc Beltran gave us a speech in English on landmines and devices to detect them.<\/p>\n

The three evaluators were very critical of the speakers but always with good constructive criticism, giving advice to improve speeches and reach the ultimate goal \u00abinform the public\u00bb.<\/p>\n

The Table Topics was lead by Miquel and the \u00abvictims\u00bb had to speech from a waiter who throws chicken diner on defense and saying it was the best way to tell the wonderful preparation of chicken. Through a super-chef who wants to invent spherifications rat killer with olive oil that may be enjoyed safely, invited to a romantic dinner at home a girl and found a cockroach within the plate.<\/p>\n

Finally, the evaluator general congratulated the club and TOASTMASTER and gave some tips to facilitate the development of the club.<\/p>\n

And the final surprise …. ….. we already have our own website. www.som-hi.club<\/b> wonderful page that has a name Edu Couchez. there are some members of the board helping (George, John and Judith). To be honest the Doriana and I just gave moral support.<\/p>\n
